Existing House

Existing Roof

• New roof must be perfectly aligned with the old roof peak ridge line and pitch surface, so there is a smooth (no bumps) transition from old to the new roof.
• Metal Shingles should be used on existing A Frame and House to match new Addition roof Shingles (Bjorkstrand http://metalroofingandexteriors.com/)

• Replace A Frame Ridge vent with a thick one piece ridge vent so there are no seams or ripples in it.

Existing Deck

• Re-surface existing deck and front A frame jump platform with plastic decking to match new deck

Existing House - Upstairs Window

• Existing north upstairs window in old studio will be replaced with solid glass with angle above roof line

Existing Main Bathroom

• New Mirror  (approx 7' x 4')
• Install new closet door (we have it in stock)

Existing Kitchen

• Remove front door
• Replace with Kitchen storage cabinets
• Extend Electric lights switches

Existing Carpet

• Replace Carpet in A Frame Living room, Dining room and all Upstairs rooms, including the new bonus room, similar to existing Berber Carpet

Front A-Frame

• Extend lower A-Frame exterior wall to the A- Frame roof line (gutters)
