- Extend New pond would to island pond
- New pond would have an island in the center
- Rubber pond draw-down would be used on new pond
- Dirt would be used to fill big hill slope and cover front lawn

- Expand size and use waterfall rock

- Expand North spring
- Build trail on east side of springs
- Hide culvert underwater
Bridge Creek
- Build bridge around springs
- Dig out spring below main spring and raise water to hide culverts, create an overflow dam
- Dig out springs and create walk path
