Hi Scott,

I want to be direct with you because I hope we can preserve our friendship in the future.

To do that, it's essential that we separate our business from our personal relationship and conduct all business strictly by the book, based on signed agreements.

In light of the current default on the PV contract, your authority to represent EDA, LLC is suspended, effective immediately.

There is a path for you to re-engage, but it requires two specific actions:

1. First, the default on the PV contract must be fully cured and sustained in good standing.

2. Second, a new EDA Sales Agent agreement, with the 50/50 commissions and all its required terms for performance and transparency, must be signed.

The next steps are your choice. We can proceed based on these clear, contractual terms.
