Understand our style and apply it harmoniously to the house and landscape.
Work with us on the various design issues, help us find solutions and finailize them.
Be able to find and spec the right materials to suit our style.
Create a rendering of the house and addition
Work on the floorplans in an environment we can both share, before finalizing the prints.
Create the architectual drawings in detail.
Create complete set of detailed specs ready to bid.
Work on these things now and over a period of few months have the final drawing and specs ready to bid to break ground in the fall of 2007 or spring of 2008.
